We are located in secure production facilities in Toronto, Ontario, and are staffed by a team of professionals who are dedicated to serving our clients. We have assisted organizations in such diverse fields as health care, legal, publishing, manufacturing, government, financial services, non-profit organizations and so on, in finding cost- and time-effective solutions to document management.
We believe in working with our clients in collaboration, and are pro-active in looking after our clients’ interests. As no two clients are alike, we do not provide cookie-cutter solutions – we take time to understand each client’s unique needs in order to provide the best service we can.
We take measures to protect sensitive data, in compliance with The Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). Our clients’ confidential material is stored in a cement vault on our premises. Likewise, computer servers which store sensitive data are located inside the vault.
All of our staff without exception have passed security clearance, and signed confidentiality agreements.
We are happy to arrange for in-person pick up and delivery of confidential material, free of charge within 25 kilometers of our facilities.
